Spotlessly clean accommodations with helpful host service.
I was frustrated with the heating situation. The heater only operated from 5 PM to 10 PM and was capped at 20 degrees.

The location near Windermere and Bowness was fantastic. Having the ability to walk into both towns made our exploration very easy. Our Standard Studio was super clean, well-equipped, and even had kitchen utensils and tea and coffee ready for us. The onsite parking was very convenient, especially during the busy times in town. The bed was comfortable. The ground floor setting meant we didn't have good airflow, leading to some discomfort at night. A fan would have helped significantly. Minor check-in hiccups arose when we were greeted at the door with a lecture on closing it properly. This small interaction slightly affected our first impression.

I really enjoyed its peaceful and incredible location!
Everything there were nice, including great facilities. The place had a quiet atmosphere. Our room was fabulous and budget and complete with a best bathroom. All in all a really enjoyable stay, the venue exceeded all expectations😀

Lovely lakeside stay in Windermere 🌊✨
Man, the owners are just tops! Brought us a new toaster super quick when ours packed up. The room was lekker, really clean and had everything needed. We're defs coming back!
Only bummer was the mattress, could've been comfier.

This place is super comfy and totally clean. The kitchenette was perfect for our needs, and we loved being so close to bowness! Parking on site was easy, and we didn't even have to use the car once we got there. The bed was really soft too, was like home.
The room could've used a fan since it got a bit stuffy at times. The check-in felt a bit awkward with the talk about the door.

Although the snug space got warm quickly, the helpful hosts made sure we had everything we needed, including extra towels. Be sure to inquire about the best room temperatures and bring your own pillow for optimal comfort!

Amazing location right next to both Bowness or downtown with plenty of restaurants and shops and close to the beautiful surroundings of the Lake District and the lakes. You can easily walk to the High Street in just 10-15 minutes. 🚶♀️
